The Garden was set up in 2004 by Alison Tindall and Mark Rapley who had both spent the majority of their careers at BMP subsequently became DDB. Alison and Mark had enjoyed working for and learning from the best quality people in the business and many of today’s successful ECD’s, CEO’s and Planning Directors trained at 12 Bishops Bridge Road over these golden years. Mark and Alison set up The Garden to specifically search out the most talented people in the business and work with agencies who value that talent. The positioning for the Garden is that everyone who works there is a true advertising person operating in a recruitment field, not a recruitment person trying to work in advertising.
