We don't work with everyone, but that's because we work really closely with those that we do. These do tend to be aspirational agencies but we love to work with new start-ups too.
Twist aren't your average recruitment consultancy, we don't take on every role that is thrown at us and we only work on roles that we feel we can fill. This is true on the flip side, as we only meet people that we generally feel we can get a job for and these are often exclusively registered with Twist!
We often get friends referred to us by people we have helped find something new. This isn't because we pay them a decent referral fee (ask anyone at Twist how this works) but because we genuinely are good at what we do, but we'll let you be the judge of that!
